Applicants need to have a good working knowledge of Sage Line 50 accountancy packages, as well as being proficient on Microsoft Word and Excel respectively.
You will need to be confident on the phone, dealing with reception duties, such as booking in customer visits or referring callers to the relevant person, creating letters, orders, invoices, and engaging with the engineering department to hand out jobs, and preparing their packs in a professional, timely manner.
